I can't believe I haven't posted anything in almost a year! Wow, that is terrible.....I haven't done much since I have been so busy with our new little guy. I did take my first weekend away last month and did a lot of scrapbooking. Below is one page I made, I will post more later....this was taken with my phone, so it isn't the best quality.

Down on The Farm
I made a scrapbook page layout that I can use when our kiddo goes down to Grandma and Grandpa's farm. It's so cute! I just love the COWS!!!
Mother's Day Card
Below is the card I made for our Mother's for Mother's Day. I used the "Create-A-Critter" Cricut Cartridge and Stampin Up Paper......I just LOVE that cartrige, it makes such cute stuff!

Thank You Cards!
I have two baby showers coming up in May so I thought I would make some Thank You cards. Last night I worked on the card below. So cute! Our nursery theme and the theme to at least one of our showers is "safari" so I thought these would go nice.

Wash Cloths
So when I registered for baby things, I noticed that the wash cloths at the stores were not very cute. I had dinner with some girls from the quilt shop the other day and one told me how she made her own. What a great idea, I just used some scraps that I had and bought a half of a yard of terry cloth for $1.50. I made the 3 wash cloths below last night. I think they are cute and took me about 30 minutes to make!

Nursery Pics!!!
We have finished our nursery and I absolutely LOVE it!!! It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be to paint the dark brown stripe in the middle. I love the colors and the way it turned out.

Sew a Wet Bag
I have been looking at some DIY Mom's Websites lately and I found this cute "wet bag" pattern. I’ve always thought that wet bags were only handy for cloth diapering mommies (which they are), but I’ve heard they’re a great addition to a diaper bag. They can be used for food, dirty clothes, wet clothes, spoons, bibs…. you name it. I stopped at Joann and bought some vinyl for the inside, but I used scraps that I had for the outside and a zipper I had as well. This was my first experience with a zipper outside of a sewing class and I think I did pretty good! The bag is about 11.5in by 11.5in, perfect! I love it!
